Study: People With Low Levels of Vitamin D Are More Likely to Get Colon Cancer

by LSJ on January 25, 2010

Dying of anything is not fun. Dying from colon cancer can be one way to go but when you can help prevent it from killing you why not take a little action?

"Does this feel great or what? My hands caressing the soft grains of sand on an uncrowded beach. My back arched against the local native grains of sand. My legs stretched out and my feet toeing some more grains of sand. Gee, the Vitamin D I'm absorbing is much better than that old stupid fish oil I take every morning and it doesn't even give me bad breath? I think I'll do this more often when I'm alone on an unsecluded beach with no one else around except photographers of course."
