Harvard tightens belt: Suspends Work on $1 Billion Science Center

It is a bummer when you lose almost 1/3 of your endowment. This is the down direction that many educational institutions have had to deal with lately. By the way the 1/3 loss leaves them in their endowment program with a measely $26 billion.
